Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience Level: 7–10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead development efforts within our client’s Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and advanced Salesforce architecture, bringing innovative solutions to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize & enhance existing Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance for Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Maintain best practices for security, performance, and scalability in Salesforce.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control (Git, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Exposure to AI-powered features within Salesforce.
• Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring.
