Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Integrations, with strong leadership skills to guide the development team. They will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading integration implementations, and advising clients on best practices and future development approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in both standard configurations and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Suggest scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Guide the team in integration implementation, including third-party APIs and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership and set coding standards for new development initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and recommend strategic development approaches.
• Ensure quality and performance optimization in Salesforce applications.
• Maintain documentation for architectural decisions, development guidelines, and project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Development, including both standard configurations and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps processes, and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Ability to communicate effectively with development teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and drive innovation.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are preferred.
