Title: Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services
Description:
Area(s) of responsibility
- 10+ years of experience in Guidewire suite, including Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center
- Lead end-to-end test strategy and execution across Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center
- Expertise in cross-module integration testing, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms
- Develop and implement testing frameworks for complex Guidewire system upgrades and migrations
- Conduct functional, regression, automation, and performance testing across modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between claims, policy, and billing processes
- Drive test optimization and continuous improvement in Agile environments
- Oversee defect management, risk analysis, and test reporting across modules
- Utilize test management tools for efficient planning and execution (JIRA, ALM, MTM, Rally)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams
- Guidewire certification and experience with large-scale upgrade/migration projects are highly desirable
