Roles and Responsibilities: Defines vision and partner with stakeholders to determine the QA strategy for healthcare eco system. Adopt product oriented approach to define test coverage across product lines (cross-product work flows) Possess forward outlook and comprehend the engineering ask for front-to-back automation (UI, API, Data) performance engineering for web, mobile in Devops setup. Can drive quality culture Can keep oneself apprised to trends and innovations in the testing marketplace and an innate capability to apply them Possess Ability to create an innovative and open environment in all directions Here is what you bring: You have more than 3-5 years of relevant experience in in application testing on large & complex projects to adopt product oriented approach to define test coverage across product lines(cross-product work flows) Understanding of Life sciences application products and apply to evaluate cross product coverage. The candidate should have experience in manual and automated testing using framework like Selenium is preferable Establish QA processes on agile methodologies (with strong expertise in Devops) and work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and exceeded.
