Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.
- PTC Windchill Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill to support and enhance PLM processes.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Solution Design: Design and propose solutions to optimize business processes and improve system functionality.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of PTC Windchill solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of PTC Windchill.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
