Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting the organization’s values and culture through various channels and platforms.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
