Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, App Engine & HRSD)

Employment TYpe - Contract
Key Responsibilities
•    Design & Development 
o    Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine modules.
o    Customize applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
•    Platform Configuration 
o    Configure and optimize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
o    Implement HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Base, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).
•    Integration & Automation 
o    Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
o    Utilize Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for automation and orchestration.
o    Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment.

Required Skills & Experience
•    Technical Expertise 
o    Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (minimum 3+ years).
o    Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS).
o    Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, Flow Designer, Service Portal.
•    Modules 
o    Expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping), HRSD, and App Engine.
•    Integration 
o    Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and third-party system integrations.
•    Process Knowledge 
o    Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and HR workflows.
