About the Job – We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Service Portal Developer to design, develop, and enhance the Service Portal experience within our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with custom widget development, portal theming, and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow framework, including JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience Required - 6-8 years

 

Mandatory skills
•    3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with 1+ years specifically in Service Portal.
•    Strong experience with JavaScript, AngularJS (1.x), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
•    Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow widgets, theme customization, and portal pages.
•    Proficiency in GlideRecord, Server/Client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs.
•    Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.
•    Experience with Git, JIRA, or other version control and Agile tools.
•    Understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules is a plus.
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
