Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview:
The Senior ServiceNow Developer leads complex development tasks and platform architecture design. They act as a technical SME and mentor for junior developers while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, performant ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Lead complex scripting and business rule implementations
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards
• Act as a platform SME to guide decision-making and best practice adoption
• Engage in architectural planning and contribute to platform roadmap

Key Skills:

• Expert-level ServiceNow development experience (server/client scripting, integrations, APIs)
• Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, HRSD)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Glide APIs
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and data models
• Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities
