ServiceNow Administrator

Role Overview:
The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for maintaining platform stability, performing day-to-day configuration tasks, and supporting end users. They ensure the platform operates efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user access, roles, and groups
• Perform routine platform maintenance and configuration
• Troubleshoot issues and handle support requests
• Support upgrade and patch activities
• Assist with form, field, and UI policy configuration

Key Skills:

• Experience administering ServiceNow in a production environment
• Strong grasp of ServiceNow roles, ACLs, and system properties
• Familiarity with incident/request/change processes
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
