Resolution of issues reported in ServiceNow
Good knowledge on UiPath RPA Developer, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Unattended Bot, Document understanding.
Lead the support team,
Track the tickets,
Ensure the SLA’s are met,
Ensure all the BOT’s and processes are up active and running as per requirements,
Proactive monitoring of the automated processes
Ensure the smooth operation of Digital workforce (Bots) for automated processes.
Plan & execute enhancements for automated processes.
Need to lead the USC communications.
Support planning w.r.t shift rosters, shift handovers, standup calls, SOP updating and maintenance,
Reporting the SLA’s and other KPI metrics to the management,
Ensure the smooth operation of Digital workforce (Bots) for automated processes.
