Area(s) of responsibility
• Deep Knowledge on Exchange 2016 and 2019 mailbox and edge servers.
• Good understanding of Exchange 2016 and 2019 patching and Security Vulnerabilities.
• Must be able to deploy Exchange patches independently.
• Hands on Experience on SMTP relay.
• Must have knowledge of GPO management.
• Must have hands on experience on Server 2012,2016,2019.
• Should be able to monitor and update Exchange Certificates.
• Troubleshoot Global address list syncing and undelivered message tracking.
• Mailbox creation, permissions creation, modifications
• To troubleshoot email performance or delegation of access
• Update, block for incoming address and calendar configuration sharing
• Archive mailbox data export and clean up.
• Configuring Send\Receive connectors for controlling mail flow to and from various application servers.
• along with support for exchange mailbox archiving
• Troubleshoot email connectivity for email users along with Public Folder functionality.
• Manage restore and back up of mailboxes along with PST/OST import and export issue.
• Create/modify existing shared mailboxes, security, and distribution groups.
• Create or modify existing rooms and resources along with existing mail tips and OWA troubleshooting.
• Restoration of the service following outage, failures or disasters
• Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting for issues affecting Office 365 service availability and
• performance as reported by CLIENT and/or captured through the monitoring of service components.
• initiation and coordination of support requests
• Support, configure and troubleshoot Integration with CLIENT's Directory services.
• Manage Sharing, Sync settings, and default storage allocation for One Drive
• Update and Manage Active Directory Schema when requested.
• Monitoring all related replication services
• DNS Health Monitoring
• Support AD backup
• Sound Knowledge of Group Policy
