Technical Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the design, deployment, and operation of AWS-managed database services (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, etc.) ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Define and implement best practices for database management, monitoring, and troubleshooting in AWS environments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for run operations, including automation, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Establish database run-book procedures, run-books, and incident response protocols specific to AWS services.
