Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business, functional, and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce CRM/PRM, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud platforms.
- Utilize expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce Flows to build custom applications.
- Develop user-friendly page layouts, record types, workflows, custom settings, reports, and dashboards to optimize user experience and system performance.
- Build and manage API integrations using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
- Perform regular application maintenance, bug fixes, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Support code reviews, unit testing, and release deployments across sandbox and production environments.

- Ensure compliance with established coding standards, data security protocols, and integration best practices.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience, with a strong portfolio of delivered solutions.
- Proven track record in designing, configuring, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across different modules and industries.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM/PRM capabilities and limitations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps in requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:

- Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Custom Metadata, Flows
- Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Integration using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs
- Hands-on experience with security models, permission sets, and profiles
- Development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control tools (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices
- Exposure to Omniscripts and advanced PRM configurations is a plus
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant (optional but advantageous)
