- Experience supporting multi-country APAC banking (e.g., Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, India, China, Korea).
- Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity models and bank onboarding processes.
- Understanding of treasury operations: cash positioning, bank account management, payment controls.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), and formal change/release management.
