Role: SOTI Lead :
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Mobility & Co-Management Engineer to lead device management during and after an Active Directory migration. The role focuses on SOTI MobiControl enrollment, SCCM (ConfigMgr) co-management, and ensuring secure, compliant endpoint operations across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Directory Migration Support: Migrate devices between domains, validate GPOs, troubleshoot authentication and domain join issues.
- SOTI MobiControl Administration: Configure enrollment rules, re-enroll devices, manage mobility policies, kiosk profiles, and compliance. Provide remote troubleshooting.
- SCCM Co-Management: Install/manage SCCM clients, configure boundaries/collections, manage patching, software distribution, and compliance baselines. Define co-existence strategy with SOTI.
- Device Lifecycle & Operations: Maintain dual-management (SOTI + SCCM), monitor compliance reporting, provide Level 3 escalation support, and document SOPs
- Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of endpoint/device management.
- Strong expertise in SOTI MobiControl (enrollment, profiles, remote support).
- Hands-on experience with SCCM/ConfigMgr (patching, distribution, inventory).
- Proven work on Active Directory migration projects.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 lifecycle management.
- Understanding of MDM vs SCCM workloads and co-existence strategies
