Responsibilities
Framework & Engineering Excellence
- Architect, implement, and maintain a scalable, maintainable, and modular Selenium framework (Java + TestNG + Maven) following POM/Screenplay, utilities, environment config, and test data strategies.
- Integrate reporting (Extent), logging, screenshots, retry/flakiness control, and parallel/cross‑browser execution
- Establish and enforce coding standards, branching strategy, and reviews in Git; maintain package/version hygiene with Maven.
Delivery & Timelines
- Translate scope into automation plans/estimates, define entry/exit criteria, prioritize scenarios, and deliver on schedule across sprints/releases.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for nightly/on‑commit runs, with quality gates and artifact retention.
- Own defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and stabilization to meet quality and schedule goals.
