Assist in the transmission of data to the AutoRek reconciliations system. Monitoring the process, raising and investigating any issue that occurs in a timing manner.

Act as a system controller for the AutoRek system initiating the various daily processes ensure the loaded data in process and enriched correctly.

Once the daily reconciliations processes have run, review all expectations, investigate all breaks and liaise with other members of the recs and operations teams to correctly identify and label all breaks.

This team member will also be responsible for producing the reconciliation reports and submitting them for review by the reconciliations director and the safeguarding director.
This team member will be heavily involved in our daily safeguarding process for our European entity, ensure we calculate an accurate sweep figure.

Data reporting and MI are a big part of the reconciliations functions responsibilities, this new team member will assist in loading data into our reporting tool lightdash, as well as ensuring the dashboards and reports are functioning correctly.
