Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Developer with 5 years of experience to join our AI innovation team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a deep understanding of AI agent orchestration frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GenAI workflows that drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, integrate, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python.
  • Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Implement and manage AI agent frameworks like AutoGen or other orchestration tools.
  • Leverage Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Search and cognitive services, to build scalable GenAI applications.
  • Design and experiment with GenAI workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver impactful AI solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI pipelines with minimal supervision.
  • Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs and their APIs.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI agent orchestration tools (e.g., AutoGen, LangChain, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Azure AI services, especially Azure AI Search and cognitive APIs.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
  • Exposure to cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI principles.
