Area(s) of responsibility

•    Managing O365 services end to end 
•    Microsoft Exchange 2016 or latest (on -premise) and Hybrid environment
•    Skype for business (on-premise) and Hybrid environment
•    Should have knowledge of administering and supporting an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
•    AD connect and ADFS server
•    Manage and Monitor Azure Cloud environment
•    Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment
•    Ensuring the operational health of the O365 online /on premise environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
•    Define and document best practices and support procedures
•    Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
•    Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
•    Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers
•    Knowledge of basic Vmware administration 
•    Facilitating training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc)
•    Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports etc
•    Scheduled /Unscheduled reporting on various parameters in O365 
•    Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies
