Title:  Technical Specialist-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
•
Assist in the effective implementation and operation of the Oracle HCM and Oracle EBS HR solution suite.
•
Create Technical specifications and related design documents for new application enhancements.
•
Create test scripts and test plans for system integration testing for application deployment.
•
Maintain technical documentation related to system capabilities, enhancements, etc. Ensure effective integration of HR applications with third party solutions/suppliers.
•
Maintain Global HR application security and ensure data security / privacy compliance based on required standards.
•
Work with cross functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Manufacturing to support HRIT related topics for projects.
•
Perform Unit and System Integration Testing, assist with performance testing & tuning of applications, assist with Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing
•
Responsible for software version control, including deployment of code to Production environment
•
Coordinate identification and timely resolution of production systems problems
•
Contribute to the technical documentation library for projects and system changes for HRIT projects
