SFDC Manual Tester

•            Overall 4-7 yrs of exp with 3+ yrs of direct hands-on experience in testing of Salesforce.com; Marketing, Service or Community Cloud platforms.

•            Experience in testing of apex/triggers/process builder flows/approvals/workflows/visualforce and lightning components on salesforce platform

•            Ability to identify appropriate test cases for automation and implement test automation in existing Selenium / Provar/ Cucumber Frameworks.

•            Knowledge of Testing APIs in SFDC

•            Knowledge on Waterfall and Agile Methodology & Software Testing Lifecycle

•            Should be well equipped with any Defect Management tool like ALM or JIRA or Azure

•            Ability to analyze defects and provide root-cause analysis.

•            Experience in Creation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Data

•            Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.

•            Should be  proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction

•            Should possess strong analytical , problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology , methodologies and systems
