Salesforce Technical
- 7-8 years of design and development experience in Salesforce
- Good understanding of the overall platform and preferably various clouds – Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, FSL, FSC
- Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), Visual Force, and the Apex coding language
- Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization
- Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and engagements from a technical standpoint
- Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Clouds
- Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and Integration Technologies. Perform code reviews and technical oversight
- Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
- Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative manner both internally and with clients
- Preferred to hold Salesforce certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and others
- Experience with deployment tools and methodologies – Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, change sets
