JD:
- Production Support (L1, L2) & Service Requests (L3: minor enhancement) for Data & Analytics solution in GCP
- Support coverage until 12:00 am IST, Weekend support in US hours
- Experience in GCP services such as BigQuery/SQL, Dataflow & Workflows
- Monitor, manage and optimize data load pipelines
- Create & follow SOPs for issue resolution
- Work closely with Build team for thorough understanding of all data integration pipelines, follow change management processes for enhancements in GCP
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for Production issues
- Incident / Ticket management, tracking & resolution through identified ITSM tool
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident resolution
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in case of issues, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency
