Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Testing Specialist with solid experience in testing AI-driven applications and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI testing methodologies, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience in software testing.
- 6–12 months of experience in AI/ML model testing.
- Design and execute test strategies for AI/ML models and applications.
- Validate AI algorithms for accuracy, fairness, performance, and compliance with requirements
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data validation, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with AI testing tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Testing, PyTest for ML).
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing test workflows.
- Willingness to work in 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift.
