•    Overall 10+ Years Industry Experience including Varicent and Testing. 
•    8+ years of relevant QA experience on a customer-facing web product 
•    Experience in leading a QA team or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development. 
•    5+ Years experience on Sales and Performance /Incentive Management Domain 
•    3+ Years of Experience on Varicent as a Functional Consultant, Business Analysts or Test Manager 
•    Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies 
•    Experience on Test Case Desing, Reviews and Defect Management 
•    Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management and Communication, Reporting 
•    Experience on Creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan and Approach based on Program.
