4.    Risk Management:
•    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
•    Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
5.    Change Management:

•    Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
6.    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
•    Track project progress and performance against established metrics.
