Job Description: 

Must Have:

12. University graduate and bachelor’s degree or above in IT or related fields.
13. Detailed Knowledge on Manual testing.
14. Good understanding on agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
15. Must have hands on experience on Test management process and tools and end to end business process validation.
16. Must have experience in Preparing Test Strategy, test plan.
17. Must have experience in create and review the test cases suite.
18. Must have experience in Smoke testing, functional testing, browser compatibility, mobile app & mobile web (Android & IOS), API testing and Regression testing.
19. Good experience in generating defect metrics to monitor and communicate progress.
20. Good experience in Defect management tools.
21. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
22. Demonstrated leadership skills.
23. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
24. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Should Have:

12. Knowledge of software development methodology (waterfall, agile)
13. Familiar with popular tools, like Jira, Git and Confluence etc.
14. Self-motivated, ability to work independently and handle multi-task with priorities
15. Work with deadline and under pressure
16. Continuous improvement and excellence driven mindset
17. “Can Do” attitude
18. Good relationship building skills
