Title:  Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled OTM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transportation management, supply chain processes, and OTM technology. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient transportation management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:  

Design and architect end-to-end OTM solutions aligned with business requirements.  
Lead OTM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.  
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, logistics, and IT to understand requirements.  
Provide technical guidance and expertise on OTM configuration, customization, and integration.  
Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practices.  
Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for OTM applications.  
Stay updated with the latest OTM features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.  
Mentor and guide junior team members and support training initiatives.

Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.  
Proven experience as an OTM Architect or similar role with extensive knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management.  
Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes.  
Experience with OTM configuration, customization, and integration with ERP and other supply chain systems.  
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.  
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
Relevant certifications in OTM or Supply Chain Management are a plus.
