- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide solutions, and continuously improve the CRM system.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM: The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, its functionalities, and its integration capabilities.
- Technical Skills: The candidate should have a strong background in .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. They should be able to develop, customize, and optimize CRM applications using these technologies.
- Business Analysis: The candidate should have strong business analysis skills, including the ability to understand business needs, translate them into CRM solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
