SAP - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new SAP business opportunities across industries and geographies.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SAP offerings including S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP, and Public Cloud.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and SAP ecosystem partners.

Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed SAP sales targets through proactive hunting and strategic account penetration.

Partnership Management: Collaborate with SAP and other technology partners to create joint value propositions.

Thought Leadership: Represent Birlasoft in SAP forums, events, and industry discussions to enhance brand visibility.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to ensure successful deal closure and execution.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP solutions including S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP, and Public Cloud.

Sales Leadership: Proven experience in SAP sales hunting roles with strong track record of revenue growth.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ecosystem, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Relationship Management: Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Experience Level: 18+ years overall with at least 8–10 years in SAP sales leadership roles.
