Title:  Program Director


Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing portfolio of customers from delivery and operations perspective.
  • should have 15+ years of experience of managing programs and projects.
  • Responsible for P&L of a portfolio around $20+ million.
  • Focal point of contact for key customers in the portfolio in Energy domain (preferably for Upstream/Midstream)
  • Accountable for Delivery Excellence, Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction within the portfolio of the allocated accounts
  • Empower delivery managers, program and project Managers and ensure Account/Program/Project risks and issues are addressed effectively.
  • Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.
  • Be the catalyst for portfolio growth by actively working with sales and horizontals (technology streams) owners, participating, and engaging in RFP response, Due Diligence and Proposal making.
  • Monitor projects/programs, revenue, Margins, Revenue Growth, yield per employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and manage execution teams that both interface with clients/ customers and internal stakeholders to deliver to the desired goals.
  • Understanding and experience of working with customers from one or more sub-verticals – Utilities and/OR CMT will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of managing large programs in the new age digital areas (AI/ML, IOT, RPA etc) along with experience of managing support and maintenance programs across enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure services
  • Participation in organization’s strategic initiatives and should be able to lead some of them.
  • Key performance measurement parameters are – Delivery excellence, C-SAT, Margins, Contribution to revenue growth, and operational parameters like utilization, pyramid, freshers’ induction, productivity improvement through processes and automation.
