Senior Project Manager -Onsite

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of complex client-facing projects, with a primary focus on initiatives involving Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLM).  this role is responsible for managing client stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary full stack development teams, and ensuring project outcomes are achieved through the application of best project management methodologies, robust risk control, and continuous monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, expectations are managed, and communications are timely and transparent.
• Project Leadership: Direct all phases of project execution from initiation to closure, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee the design and integration of systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
• Review and approve architectural deliverables, providing guidance on best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time, within scope, and budget.
• GenAI/LLM Project Execution: Lead the latest projects utilizing Generative AI and Large Language Models, ensuring technical feasibility, alignment with client objectives, and delivery of innovative solutions.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective controls and contingency plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading technology projects
• Experience managing projects involving Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Demonstrated experience leading full stack software development teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Establish and maintain a rigorous risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and ongoing monitoring. Ensure all risks are documented and communicated to stakeholders with clear action plans.
