Role Summary/Purpose:
The Contract Functional Remediation Coordinator will manage Customer Remediation Projects driven by the Customer Remediation Policy utilizing traditional Business Analysis Disciplines, Project Management Disciplines, Agile and Scrum practices, Data Analytics, and Consulting behaviors. This role will operate within Scrum PODs at the direction of a POD Leader (Product Leader) and Scrum Master. This is a heavy matrixed environment, and the contract position must effectively operate and consult with globally diverse teams and employees at all levels of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:
•    Use Scrum and Project Management disciplines to execute Customer Remediation Policy within the remediation process and workflow.
•    Accurately identify populations of customers that require remediation and consult with all applicable stakeholders to ensure calculations of applicable refunds, account adjustments, credit bureau updates, or any other defined customer resolution are expertly documented and validated within the remediation process.
•    Create, contribute, and consult with Data Analytics and process SMEs on development of each remediation analytical data strategy which may include multiple impact scenarios while also working independently to resolve obstacles across matrixed processes and data sources.
•    Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, 3rd parties, and all levels of management and executives to resolve obstacles and achieve remediation goals within the time constraints of the remediation policy and workflow.
•    Partner with Process Owners, Compliance, Legal, and the Remediation Center of Excellence (COE) in establishing procedures and resolution requirements to ensure accurate and timely delivery with regulatory and compliance standards.
•    Communicate with tact and diplomacy to influence decisions and gain buy in with various levels of leadership on a regular basis.
•    Demonstrated executive presence and experience preparing materials and facilitating presentations to senior leadership
•    Identify defects, process breakdowns, assist in investigation, solution and escalation.
•    Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
•    Working knowledge MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint features to include use and design of workflows and libraries.
