Job Description-

 

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience including 5+ years in managing Guidewire projects.
  • Minimum 3 years Guidewire Technical Lead experience with managing and mentoring junior and senior developers.
  • Experience in Guidewire configuration or integration role in any Guidewire modules will be an add on.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Guidewire lead of an Agile development team accountable for delivering and maintaining complex technical solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Keeping an update on compliance regulations.
  • Issues and problem management which may arise.
