Role: HCM Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks using Scrum methodology
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience with Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Oracle HCM certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Jira
- Project Management expertise
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Oracle Taleo
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Oracle EBS
