Role Overview
The Product Manager - looking for a web development Sr. BA / Product Owner (BA). Who should know - how Web applications are build using Claude Code AI Tool, should work with team from requirement gathering , to execution to tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
• Define and own the product lifecycle for AI/automation solutions that align with business objectives and cost optimization goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, and client teams to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create user flows, wireframes, and process diagrams to support solution alignment and development
• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand process pain points and optimization opportunities
• Document current-state workflows and design future-state process improvements enabled by automation and AI
Product Development & Execution
• Own and maintain prioritized product backlogs for multiple concurrent AI/automation projects, ensure all stories are well-defined and estimated
• Lead product/project backlog refinement meetings
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done for development teams
• Work closely with AI/Automation Development Lead and technical teams to ensure feasible implementation approaches
• Actively participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Make real-time decisions during development to unblock teams and maintain project momentum
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, technical constraints, and strategic alignment
• Shield development teams from excessive stakeholder interference while maintaining transparent communication
• Ensure sprint goals align with overall product objectives
• Ensure product/project meetings are productive, time-boxed, and focused on achieving objectives
