Role Overview

The Oracle APEX Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, securing, and deploying enterprise‑grade low‑code applications using Oracle APEX 24.x. The role demands deep expertise across APEX architecture, UI/UX, REST & JSON integrations, workflows, security, performance tuning, and AI capabilities introduced in APEX 24.2.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, database teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications aligned with Oracle Cloud and enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

Mandatory

Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle APEX 21+ (preferably 23 / 24.2)
Solid SQL and PL/SQL expertise
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integrations
Strong understanding of APEX security and performance tuning
Hands‑on experience with Dynamic Actions, Interactive Reports, and Interactive Grids
