Experience: Total Experience: 10–13 years, AI-ML,GenAI Experience: 6–8 years
Technology architect responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reusable AI/GenAI architectures across multiple projects or accounts. Owns solution design decisions, defines standards, and ensures enterprise‑grade quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI and GenAI solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Define reference architectures for:
- Agentic AI systems
- A2A orchestration
- MCP‑based tool and context management
- Lead design of RAG, Hybrid RAG, and Graph‑augmented AI systems
- Establish enterprise LLMOps / MLOps frameworks:
- Evaluation strategies
- Observability
- Cost governance
- Design security‑by‑default architectures:
- Zero‑trust AI access
- Data isolation and compliance
- Guide teams on model selection, fine‑tuning vs prompt‑engineering trade‑offs
- Review and approve solution designs, code patterns, and deployment architectures
- Work closely with:
- Business stakeholders
- Cloud architects
- Data platform teams
- Mentor engineers and act as technical escalation point
- Contribute to Birlasoft AI accelerators, frameworks, and IP
Technology & Architecture Expectations
- Deep expertise in Azure AI / OpenAI ecosystem
- Strong understanding of:
