JOB Description-Oracle HCM Cloud Sr Solution Architect
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/Absence/Payroll/Compensation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions, and implement.
- Should be able to manage a team of functional resources.
- Should be an expert in at least two modules in Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR as one mandate module.
Key Role and Responsibility:
- Should have a total of at least 12+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 6+ years in Oracle Core HCM implementation and support.
- 12+ years of experience in HCM, out of which at least 7 years of exp in HCM Cloud, remaining can be in EBS or PeopleSoft HR
- Functional expertise in Core HR + one or more of following modules (Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll), + preferably one or more of the following modules (Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting)
