Essential Job Functions
• Write technical specifications based on functional requirements.
• Deploying, upgrading, and maturing the PTC Windchill application.
• Execute data migration from existing systems into PTC Windchill.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Participate in system blueprinting and contribute to the development of proof-of-concept systems.
• Splitting Windchill systems to support corporate carve-outs.
• Integrating PTC Windchill with other systems such as ERP, MES, and CPQ.
• Support resolving technical issues as they arise during project execution in a timely manner.
• Interface with customer technical resources to support project execution.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and user guides to capture knowledge that could be re-used in the next projects and engagement with customers.
• Provide expertise in PLM concepts, practices, and procedures, CAD, Assembly, Part, Bill of Materials, Workflow Process, Release to Manufacturing, Revise, Change Management, Product Structure, Process Management, Windchill Enterprise Systems Integration (SAP/Oracle Apps Integration), and Windchill Product Analytics.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements. Ensure that all systems and processes delivered meet the organization’s quality standards.

o Must be able to effectively present information to team members, senior management, and clients.

o Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical requirements in specification or diagram forms.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

o Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of MCAD and PLM in architecting, solutions, and the execution of Services projects.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
