Job Overview
As an HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that meet our business needs and align with our company's strategic goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions. Your role will involve analyzing current systems, proposing improvements, and leading the implementation of new technologies and processes. You will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the HCM team, ensuring the successful delivery of HCM projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end (Hire to Retire) solution for HCM based on Atlas design
- Interact with HR COEs/ PwC leads/ GPOs for getting clarity on the Atlas design
- Translating Atlas design impact into HCM To-Be process
- Developing future state process maps
- Working closely with technical team for Fit-Gap and Retrofit of downstream technical objects.
- Design and implement HCM solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Configure software to meet client needs and requirements.
- Use HDL for data migration and integration.
- Provide consulting services to clients, advising on HCM solutions and strategies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Software Configuration: The candidate must have a strong understanding of software configuration and its applications in HCM solutions.
- Oracle HCM Cloud: The candidate must have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, including its implementation and management.
- HDL: The candidate must have a solid understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and its application in data migration and integration.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Consulting: Experience in providing consulting services to clients, including advising on HCM solutions and strategies.
- Core HR: Knowledge of Core HR processes and systems, including talent management, workforce planning, and HR analytics.
- Absence Management: Understanding of absence management systems and their integration with HCM solutions.
- Payroll: Experience with payroll systems and their integration with HCM solutions.
- Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
