Title: Assistant Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Pursuit Enablement Design
- Design CXO-ready PowerPoint presentations, pursuit decks, proposal visuals, RFP graphics, solution diagrams and executive summaries.
- Create visual narratives that communicate business outcomes, solution differentiators, delivery models, governance models and transformation roadmaps.
- Develop reusable presentation templates, icon libraries, diagram patterns and slide layouts for the Life Sciences team.
B. Marketing & Campaign Collateral
- Design brochures, one-pagers, flyers, newsletters, case-study documents, event creatives and campaign assets.
- Create digital assets for LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, conferences, microsites and internal communication.
- Ensure all assets follow Birlasoft brand guidelines, visual standards, colour palette, typography and quality expectations.
- Partner with marketing and business teams to create consistent visual stories for Life Sciences offerings and client success themes.
C. Life Sciences Content Visualisation
- Convert complex Life Sciences concepts into clean, easy-to-understand visuals such as infographics, process flows, heatmaps, value-chain graphics and journey maps.
- Visualise domain themes across drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, commercial excellence, medical devices, diagnostics and patient engagement.
- Create account heatmaps, capability maps, white-space visuals, offering comparison charts and business outcome dashboards for sales and leadership use.
- Develop polished diagrams for AI/GenAI, data, analytics, cloud, automation, integration, PLM and digital transformation solutions.
D. Digital, UI/UX & Innovation Support
- Produce wireframes, product mock-ups, dashboard concepts, app screens and clickable visual concepts where required.
- Support AI-enabled solution demos, sales-force effectiveness app concepts, medical assistant application mock-ups and other innovation showcases.
- Use AI-enabled design tools responsibly to increase creativity, speed and consistency while maintaining human review and brand quality.
- Create basic motion graphics, animated slides or short explainer visuals where needed for campaigns and client demonstrations.
E. Design Operations & Quality Control
- Maintain version control, organised design repositories and reusable source files for Life Sciences assets.
- Review materials for layout quality, readability, visual consistency, spelling, alignment and brand compliance.
- Manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced pursuit environment with strong prioritisation and stakeholder communication.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, corporate design, B2B marketing design, proposal design or presentation design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating executive presentations, infographics, campaign assets, brochures, proposal graphics, social creatives and technology/business storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Design, Marketing Communication or related discipline.
- Ability to understand complex business/technology content and simplify it into crisp, high-quality visual communication.
