About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound professional to lead our Revenue Assurance function, with a strong focus on contract reviews, accounting compliance under IFRS 15 / IND AS 115, and supporting revenue governance. This role is part of the controllership team and works closely with business, legal, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and integrity in revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities
Review customer contracts and identify accounting implications under IFRS 15 / IND AS 115
Prepare accounting memos and technical position papers for complex revenue arrangements
Engage with business teams, sales, and legal during contract structuring to ensure alignment with revenue standards
Assess elements such as performance obligations, variable consideration, gross vs. net presentation, and transition revenue
Support monthly and quarterly revenue close processes including analytical review and revenue disclosures
Coordinate with statutory auditors and provide support on revenue-related audit matters
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and update standard operating procedures and accounting guidelines

What We're Looking For
10+ years of relevant experience in revenue assurance
Industry exposure to IT/ITES or technology services is a must
Strong understanding of IND AS 115 / IFRS 15 (revenue recognition principles)
Hands-on experience with SAP, revenue modules, or billing tools is an added advantage
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
