•            At least 14 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in hands-on development of Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions.

•            To be able to clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms

•            Strong understanding of Cloud Services Azure, AWS, GCP and Snowflake, Data Warehouse process execution from acquiring data from source system to visualization

•            Responding to client RFI, RFP documents with proper solution design including cost estimates • Understanding customer requirements and create technical proposition

•            Contributing to SoWs, technical project roadmaps, etc required for successful execution of projects leveraging Technical Scoping & Solutioning approach

•            Takes up end to end ownerships of pre-sales, service offerings, external & internal communications, projects and provide valuable inputs to define strategies.

•            Proven experience as a delivery lead in building data engineering capabilities and services.

•            Identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance business outcomes through innovative data solutions

•            Experience with leading platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, and a solid grasp of the Azure, AWS and Snowflake and  Databricks platform

•            Architect, design, and deliver data analytics solutions that align with business goals and are scalable, performance-oriented, and cost-effective

•            Build and mentor a team of data Analytics, fostering an environment of continuous learning and adoption of best data engineering practices.

•            Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•   Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
