Role & responsibilities:

Specialized knowledge and independent handling of Purchase related to IT Both Direct and Indirect Procurement – Products. Licenses and Services
Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management
Managing Purchase Process Independently with minimal supervision
Excellent Negotiation skills to put forth Company objectives and ensure mutuality of interests
Inter-personal skills to facilitate inter-departmental working
Good Knowledge of working SAP as ERP.
Mange all RFP/RFQ related to IT Purchase on Global Basis
Bring about changes/ improvements in the assigned area
People leadership and Team Player
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to facilitate working of systems
Complete responsibility for the IT Purchase sub-systems, including:
Planning, Delegation and Tracking
Line management, including administrative tasks, problem-solving
Ensure compliance with Company policies
Anticipation of bottlenecks
Motivating Team members
Managing Team members performance Areas of responsibility
Managing Purchase for IT Product / Licenses and Services Supervisory responsibilities
People responsibility of the team Reporting relationship
Report to Global Purchase Head

Knowledge and skill
Good knowledge of entire P2P cycle and process and SAP ERP
Very good understanding of Company business and Procurement Policy
Ability to understand current issues and expectations and to align jobs with the same
Possess strong Operation skills, A Self – Starter and hands on with entire P2P operations process for IT Purchase
