Job Description:

•    Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for Autodesk applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•    Software Installation: Oversee the installation and configuration of Autodesk tools across various platforms and environments.
•    Licensing Management: Manage software licensing, including allocation, renewal, and compliance, to ensure legal and efficient use of Autodesk products.
•    Software Updates and Enhancements: Implement and manage software updates, patches, and enhancements to maintain the performance and security of Autodesk applications.
•    User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on the effective use of Autodesk tools and related processes.
•    Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and undertake preventive measures to avoid potential issues and minimize downtime.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with IT, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of Autodesk software within the organization.
•    Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on application usage, performance, and support activities to provide insights and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
•    Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Experience: Proven experience in providing application support, specifically for Autodesk tools, is highly desirable.
