About the Job: – We are seeking an experienced BY/JDA WMS Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse management systems (WMS) and will be responsible for designing and developing custom solutions using BY/JDA software. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our existing systems while ensuring high-quality delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai & Coimbatore.

Educational Background –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Design and Development:
    • Create custom WMS solutions utilizing BY/JDA software to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Application Maintenance:
    • Manage and maintain existing WMS applications, addressing modifications, bug fixes, and enhancements as needed.
  • Requirement Gathering:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize project requirements and solutions.
  • Testing:
    • Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests for new features and modifications to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in existing WMS applications promptly to minimize impact on operations.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide ongoing technical support to internal stakeholders and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay informed about the latest releases and features of BY/JDA software, applying this knowledge to project development efforts and enhancements.
  • Code Reviews:
    • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers to maintain coding standards and improve overall code quality.
  • Collaboration with QA:
    • Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products and features.
