Title:  BY WMS Consultant

Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WMS Consultant with expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) and RedPrairie Warehouse Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WMS implementation, migration, configuration, and integration, along with excellent communication and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement various versions of Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS tailored to client requirements.
Support WMS migration projects, ensuring smooth transition between versions.
Configure and customize WMS functionalities to meet business needs.
Understand warehouse layouts and map warehouse processes by gathering high-level requirements.
Document user stories and functional specifications based on client requirements.
Develop and maintain MOCA, Page Builder, Jasper reports, and Nice Labels.
Collaborate on integration projects between BY WMS and SAP or other ERP systems.
Provide technical guidance and support for custom page development, interface development, and report creation.
Maintain deep domain knowledge of warehouse management processes.
Communicate effectively with clients, managing expectations and providing technical solutions.

Technical and Functional Skills:

7+ years of experience in Blue Yonder/JDA Warehouse Management System.
Strong knowledge of core functionalities, configurations, and best practices within Blue Yonder WMS.
Good to have experience with RedPrairie WMS.
Hands-on experience with MOCA development and Page Builder development.
Proven experience with Jasper Reports and Nice Labels.
Familiarity with system integration, especially between WMS and SAP.
Experience in WMS version upgrades and migration projects.
Solid understanding of WMS configuration, custom page development, and interface development.
Ability to develop detailed documentation including user stories and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
