About the Job: – We are seeking a skilled Infor XA Technical Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of the Infor XA ERP system. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective utilization of Infor XA to meet business objectives.

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai & Coimbatore.

Educational Background – Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities –

1. System Implementation: Lead or contribute to the implementation of Infor XA ERP system, including installation, configuration, and setup according to business requirements.
2. Customization and Development: Customize and develop solutions within the Infor XA environment to address specific business needs, including modifications to forms, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
3. Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between Infor XA and other enterprise systems such as CRM, MES, and BI platforms, using standard integration methodologies and tools.
4. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.
5. Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
6. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and technical team members, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
8. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and technical team members, empowering them to utilize Infor XA effectively.

Additional Requirements (Preferred) –

• Infor XA certifications.
• Experience with integration between Infor XA and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution processes.
